1. What do you think are the reasons this industry has seen such growth? This industry has seen so much growth because as technology advances we begin to expect more, faster. The need seems logical. No waiting, no fuss, it's as close to instant as we'll get while people are still involved. Maybe one day it will be truly instantaneous with machines.
2. Have you, or does your family, us mobile delivery for any reason? Besides pizza and amazon, we don't use any new 1 hour delivery technology.
3. Why do you think this phenomenon has been targeted on "Millennials"? Millennials spend the most time online and have become the most impatient generation. We grew up with technology so it seems natural.
4. Do you think you will use these services in the future on a regular basis? Definitely! UberEssentials sounds super convenient! When I get older I hope it still exists. That would make it easier to balance a job and a family.

Car Accident Story
The accident was caused by an underage driver, who was speeding in the wrong lane.
"The kid was 13," says Officer Brown.
Only a few witnesses stuck around.
"I was walking my dog on the other side of the street and then I heard the crash," says Wendy Hillbert.
Roger Clementine's family did an interview on the 5:00 News the next day.
"To everyone put in danger we are sorry. Please pray for Mr.Jacob Jingleheimer-Smith," said Mrs.Clementine.

Roger Clementine's family did an interview on the 5:00 News the next day.
"To everyone put in danger we are sorry. Please pray for Mr.Jacob Jingleheimer-Smith," said Mrs.Clementine.
Roger's Studebaker was going 60 miles per hour, traveling west in the far eastbound lane of Slaughter Lane.
"I don't know speed limits yet. I just thought you could go the same speed off and on the freeway," Roger said.
The Yugo, driven by Mr.Jingleheimer-Smith, was going 10 miles per hour in the far eastbound lane of Slaughter heading east.
"I didn't know what was happening, he was driving like he always did," Melba said.
Police cited Clementine for driving without a license, for speeding and for driving in the wrong lane.
"There's gonna be problems when minors aren't driving in empty parking lots," said Officer Petey.
The Yugo was a total loss. It was in a head-on collision with Clementine's car.
"I don't think the car matters much to Jacob, I just hope he's okay," said Melba.
The weather was sunny. The road was not slick.
"There's nothing to blame the crash on, the weather was fine and the road was normal," Officer Brown explained with a sigh.
John Jacob Jingleheimer-Smith, 91, and his wife, Melba, 67, were taken to the hospital.
"Right after it happened they were rushed off," says biking witness Carl Clevins.
Mr.Jingleheimer-Smith had a head injury and was in serious condition as of press time this evening.
"We just feel horrible about his severe injuries," said Mr.Clementine.

The Big Day
Jake and Brianna broke up over a year ago, but they were both still in love with each other. Brianna's father, Jose, set her up with Rodrigo and today they were getting married. Sadly, it was only for Jose's business deal. Now Jake is on his way to stop the wedding since Tom, his life long best friend, who works for Jose, called Jake and told him that the marriage is a fraud. So Jake's rushing from his out of town conference as fast as he can, to tell Brianna the truth about Rodrigo and win her back.
Who: Jake Robinson, Brianna Caldera, Jose Caldera, Rodrigo Alvarez, and Tom Dell
What: The potential marriage of Rodrigo Alvarez and Brianna Caldera
Where: The Bavarian Alps of Germany, in the city of Mittenwald
When: March 20, 2008
Why: Because Jose is manipulating the marriage for business purposes
How: By rushing through the cities and plains of Germany in his Jetta to stop the wedding of the love of his life to a lying businessman
Backstory: Back in high school, Brianna, Jake, and Tom went to this small private academy where Brianna was the most popular girl in school. Jake and Tom were average lacrosse players. Jake and Brianna met sophomore year when he got hurt at practice and went to the nurse where Brianna sat there injured. She ended up getting kicked of the cheerleading squad because of her broken ankle. From there on Brianna, Jake, and Tom were best friends. And when Tom finally helped him, Jake worked up the courage to ask Brianna out. They dated junior year all the way until they graduated college and she had to choose between him, or her big break as an artist. Jake told her to go, and since then she has been Paris living her dream. It's been 5 years, now she's back in town to get married.
Plot Line (with a little more depth): After college Tom got a job working for Jose's big international company. He did some light travel, but Jake and him were still close friends. Eventually Jake finished his law degree and passed the bar exam. He got a job working as a junior associate for a local law firm. He and Tom bought a penthouse together, so now they're successful businessmen with a bachelor pad. Tom hears through his clever, eavesdropping intern Kevin, that Jose has now "coincidentally" set up a merger with Rodrigo's father's company. Rodrigo is the heir and Jose wants all the fortune in the family, so he secretly set up Rodrigo with Brianna.
The marriage of Brianna Caldera and Rodrigo Alvarez is very suspicious.
"You didn't hear it from me," said the sneaky intern Kevin Jones, "but Jose is up to no good."
The wedding seems a bit rushed.
"Brianna has been very lucky to have met her new husband is such a short spam of time. We are really looking forward to the future," says Jose.
Jake seems oddly quiet, only Tom has heard from him.
"Jake has been doing good. He was just hired at Stevens Law Firm," Tom says.
A lot of their friends, think Jake and Tom are plotting to stop the wedding.
"I know Mr.Dell told his friend about Jose and his shady plans, I heard it on their phone call," said Kevin.
Tom is attending the wedding as a plus one.
"I wasn't originally invited," Tom explains, "Jose just didn't want me to bring a guest."
Kevin and Tom arrived in the same car.
"I brought Tom as a plus one. I just think he should come to his old friend's wedding! I just love weddings," Kevin says.
Brianna has been distant during all this commotion about her "whirlwind" wedding.
"Brianna is nothing but excited," says Jose.
After Brianna left for Paris 5 years ago, Jake wasn't the same.
"It was hard telling her to go, but I guess I'm happy she's back in town. A lot can happen in a few days," said Jake.
Tom has taken a few calls outside.
"Business calls," Tom claims.
Jake has a new job and must attend the company's weekend conference a few towns over.
"He isn't feeling well, I'm not sure if he will stay the whole weekend," Tom says.
Brianna checks her watch about every 5 minutes.
"She's so excited to get married, I bet she can't wait," says "up-idy"bridesmaid Lindsey.
Christine is Brianna's maid of honor.
"We've been close friends ever since she moved to Paris," said Christine.
Jose has been pacing around all morning.
"Sometimes my father can be a little controlling, I think he's just nervous," said Brianna.
Rodrigo and Jose have taken quite a few side bars.
"My father-in-law is a nice guy, just a bit chatty today."
Rodrigo's father, Enrique, will not be attending the wedding.
"Yes, it is true," Rodrigo said, "he is a busy man."
Jose spent a lot of time at the open bar.
"He's a bit of a stress drinker," Kevin revealed.
Kevin showed up in a white tux with a purple tie.
"I really express myself through my clothes," says Kevin.

CE 1.5
1. Why would the Pope meeting with Kentucky's Kim Davis, the clerk who refused to issue same sex marriages, be a story in this newspaper. In your opinion? Page A3 "Pope met with Kentucky clerk" I think the Pope meeting with Kim Davis is a story in this newspaper because not only is it a very bold action for a Catholic Pope to meet with a Kentucky government official, but the idea that he's seeing both points of view is a humbling idea. Pope Francis having compassion and wanting to talk to Davis is an example for everyone else to try and get over this fiasco.

Read the story on page D1 "Wearables may be next big thing..."
1. What is a wearable? Technology you can wear.
2. Why are they something we are seeing more and more of? As technology becomes more integrated into our lives, we're starting to build on the idea that it can anywhere and everywhere.
3. What wearable mentioned in the story appeals to you the most?
4. Do you think we will see this even more of these in the future? Yes, I think it's a very good market to develop in.
5. How far do you think these will go, using data from the story, like do you think that YOU will ever have something actually attached to your body like a wearable? I think it will get to the point where we'll have small accessories to wear around during every sort of activity.
